The Tribeca Rooftop, New York, NY November 7th, 2004 Our fall fundraiser for 2003 was held at the Tribeca Rooftop restaurant in downtown New York City. The response to this event was nothing short of spectacular, and yet again we owe a great debt of gratitude to our volunteers, donors and benefactors for making the event such a success. Over three hundred people attended the event, raising $70,000 to fund programs and continue spreading the word about parent advocacy. From the bottom of our hearts, we'd like to thank Kevin Zraly, wine connoisseur extraordinaire. Kevin took time out of his busy schedule to put on a wonderful show, entertaining guests and providing everyone with a crash course on wine appreciation. In addition, Sebatian Clarke of Doyle New York (auction house) helped us spearhead a very successful live auction. Throughout the evening Kevin Zraly visited tables and talked wine with guests. Sebastian Clarke of Doyle New York assisted us in putting on a successful auction of works of art, vintage wines, jewelry, and sports items. Marynell Noonan, executive director of CURE Childhood Cancer Association, speaks about the Lainie's Angels mission, and the importance of parent advocacy programs. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed great wine and great company. Our thanks go out to everyone who volunteered, participated and contributed - you made this event a night to remember!
